Shipping Policy

At FullFuego, we’re committed to ensuring that your products arrive safely and on time. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Shipping Methods:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

2. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

3. Packaging:
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Cards and collectibles are securely packed with protective sleeves, top loaders, or bubble wrap as needed.

4. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. International Shipping:
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our shipping options.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales at FullFuego are final. Due to the nature of our Pokémon products and collectibles, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Why No Returns?

  • We take great care to accurately describe and photograph each item to ensure you know exactly what you're purchasing.

  • Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours. Include your order number and clear photos of the item to resolve the issue promptly.
